Blood Lust

The constant thirst,
The need of blood,
Resisting the urge,
To taste,
To bite,

Sometimes,
It's all too much,
You lash out,
You bite,
And you begin to suck,

And suck,

Till they are d

The pang for blood
Subsides,
Dies away,
For awhile,,

Then,

It comes back,
Until you give in,

And drink some more,
Suck some more,
Regret,
Some more,

That's what vampires go through,

Not even a steak,
Or a string of garlic,
Can tear them away,

When the smell,
